750 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 750 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 750 platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and the management of the 750 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amendments. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform.
• Use of the platform is subject to the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• 750 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 750 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. 750 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including valid identification documents, to comply with screening requirements.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activity carried out through your account is considered your own action.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 750 support team immediately at [email protected].
• Transferring your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibility & Terms of Use

Users agree to use the 750 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Disrupting or damaging systems, servers, or networks associated with the 750 platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through fraudulent means, including opening multiple accounts.
• Sharing your login credentials with others or allowing another person to access your account.
• Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where necessary.

6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

750 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or suspicious activity. Users will be notified via their registered email if their account is suspended or closed, except in cases of confirmed fraud.

• Temporary suspension: the account is locked for the duration of the investigation. Users may not perform any transactions during this period.
• Permanent closure: the account is closed for good. Any valid balance will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no fraud is found.
• Users may also request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Any bonus balance or promotional credits that have not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, whether at the user's request or due to a breach of terms.

7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software found on the 750 platform are the intellectual property of 750 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission.

The 750 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. 750 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.

750 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. This document is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through methods mutually agreed upon by both parties under Malaysian jurisdiction.
